Any where from a year ago or more when cassette bi's where in I bought the thomas horrell Bi lev. It was there newest model and i belive the last ones they came out with im sure you all remember them. Well back then me and my bud rode mine when i first got it, literaly just came in the mail that day and after the best sesh of my life i took his truck to his house real quick and told him to get the boat out of the water when the truck gets back, and when his sister came back to get him ( he was sitting on the waverunner we used at a privet homeowmners dock park ) he pulled up with the waverunner on the trailer behind the truck. We hosed it off at his house, chilled and a little later before i left i went to grab my wakeskate from the waverunner and it wasnt there..

Turns out he left it at the fiznackling dock park, so i went striaght there to grab the boardand sure enough.. my bi lev and his board where gone.

What i need help with is months later my freind Evan told me some kid found a bi level at a home owners park how ever ive never met or herd of the kid before. And 2 days ago i was at my freind Mikes house when he mentioned his roomates name and i rememberd that that was the guy! his roomate. So i asked "does your freind have a wakeskate?" and my freind said "yeah? its a bi level , weird thing is he's only wakeskated once so idk how he has such an expensive board" I immidiatly said " I think its mine, can i look at it real quick?" And he said : oh... uh.. i dont no if he still has it.. i think he forgot where it was..?" and got a look on his face like he was aware i was going to take back the board.

Sorry about the longg story but What do i do from here??

go threaten to kick his ass- if he doesnt give it back, or lead you to where it is. But keep your threat a promise, if he does not comply; hit him in his beach face

If you know he has it at his house and you know him, just walk right in that mo fo, pick up the skates and hit him in the face with your favorite one. Then never speak to him again. problem solved

cheapskate, ive known him for a week. Never met his family or even seen his roomate who has the board somewhere in his 2 story house, so unless they all left town together and left there whole house unlocked it wont work, Ill probably be looking for a little while

If you don't want to start shizzle by confronting him, call the police and explain your situation.. I mean technically he stole the thing, right?

Brett Leadley, righteous, you have any kind of proof that you purchased it, a receipt maybe, or your name carved into it? you can probably get it back the legal way, but we all know that could take months.

Brett Leadley, i came to the conclusion that thats what i have to do, and it sucks becuase he's been such a good hearted dude who until this moment has been nothing but nice to me but it comes down to me getting back an expensive board. i just wanted to see if there was a way around that but w/e ill do it.

Soulprogression, it was years ago and i still remember every design on the grip tape and every chip of paint that board had perfectly Laughing , so im gonna give full description to a cop , im just afriad he may have changed the grip design or even the grip tape entirley, and i have no proof of purchase.

bob., you prob dont no him. He's in his 20's "jake ruckus" and his roomate whos my freind is Mike privata.

just invite him to go skate with you and he might bring the cassette with him. If he does push him out of the boat and speed away with your board. Smash

-Supra-, my idea's to avoid the po` where to do that, invite him to ride and if he doesnt bring it i was gonna go to his house and offer him 400$ for a bi level, and when he brings it out grab it and tell him to Fvck off and kick him in the face with my energy legs.
