Need help making and creating the design on my own wakeskate

Can somebody direct me towards the process of making my own wakeskate. I also need help in making the part that is going to give the skate the shape. How long/wide should i make my board, i'm 6'0 and weigh 196. Can somebody give me some measurements for board width and that sort of stuff on various locations of the board. How could I use the channel thing on the Hyperlite Byerly and put it on my skate? Any body have a good description on how to make a concave skate??

Last thing, how could I put this design I found on a bottom(the whole bottom excluding the pigs) of a Burton Snowboard onto the bottom of my skate. theres a whole topic on how to make the skate in general wakeskating, the channel would have to added like plys or routered out, and the graqphic would have to be screened and sealed over it, or hand paint and seal over it
