i already posted a topic like this along time ago but i still need help. every time i try to flick it it turns halfway but sticks to my foot, the board drops and i fly 5 feet ahead of my board. got any suggestions?

cant really tell what your doing wrong but some advice im gonna give is make sure you pop it straight up wait a lil to flick it, then flick it straight down (thats what i like to do) move your feet away suck em up watch it flip around when u see the grip catch it with your back foot then stomp it. Also make sure u flatten off for a second or two before you throw it

you need to move your front foot back some.. this will keep the nose of the board up higher preventing it from nosediving like it did in the vid

your cutting out really hard. edge out a bit, flatten off, then do the trick. You dont need a huge edge.
