does the 3 week ship time mean from when the board is acutally built, or when he gets the money from the sale?

err mine is expected to be here August 5th. and i leave for table rock lake for 1 1/2 weeks of straight riding and heading out to KC cable without my integ... oh well. ill shred it when i get back! just happy its coming! Very Happy
