How much does everyones winch weigh ? Just trying to get an idea of the average winch weight. Mine weighs in at 140 Embarassed so I'm getting ready to shave off some poundage

Weight isn't that big of a deal if you can place the wheels in the right spot. Think of a wheel barrel. if you can get the balance point in the right spot it wont be that hard to roll around. 140 is fine. Heavy winches are super stable, thats for sure.

our's, the big bertha, is around a 140. quite heavy but what do you expect with a 16hp engine!?

yeah i made mine with the wheels at the spool end so i have to lift the engine end up to push it, i'm changing that around this winter so the winch is easier to push.
