alright so i sent an email to integ 2 days ago to see what to do about my board that DHL lost and i still havent gotten a reply, is that because Erich has been out the shop for ride's wedding?? no big deal, just doing a follow up.

Hey guys...

I just got home today and will respond to everyones questions and see whats going on...
I was gone for 6 days and had some responsibilities as being best man at ride5's wedding... The wedding was 8 hours away so 2 days were spent driving... It's the first time i've had a mini vacation in a 10 months... and trust me when i say I need a break... Everything will be rolling full speed ahead starting tomorrow.

I came home to find 1367 e-mails in my box!!! Mostly junk... so if you don't get a response right away just know i'm on it... there are 8 decks ready to be finished out and should ship Friday... plans are to press 20+ decks over the weekend and ship them all next week... I'm going to be putting in some serious hours here in hopes of being fully caught up with every order ASAP.

and DHL has caused me some serious headaches as well as a few customers along the way... shizzle happens and it is out of my control once it leaves my hands... We will be switching to a new shipping service since 3 decks are missing and 4 have been damaged along to way... Insurance on shipping is a joke and they make it imposable to get any damage paid for that DHL caused... It happens with every carrier i guess.
