When the pipe dragon was out there, i was strappin' and went to ollie onto it from the side (pretty serious ollie but never had a problem with it). Got to close to the dragon i guess, went to ollie and my board caught underneath the bottom of the rail, snapped my board right in half and jacked my face directly onto the rail, shoving my arm in between the pvc pipes slashing it from the tip of my finger to the elbow on one of the metal supports. I was 17 so i had to wait to tampa to get to the emergency room and by then they said it was too late to sew up so now i just have a gnarly scar. Damn I can't believe that was 5 almost 6 years ago, turn 23 on August 2nd.
PS never ollied onto the dragon again, the flat bar is so much nicer to ollie onto now
