i had some flaws in my board to, it rides amazing, bit there is a dent in every corner of the board where that flat spot is on the top, mine never said integrity on the side wall either

wait our boards were supposed to say "integrity" on the side walls? 
my board has multiple dents in every corner and some like 3/4 to the top of the board.. i dont care though. its still an awesome board! its probably how the press / shape it or something.

just fyi..hit a rail (clean) brand new trex no screw heads or sketchy spots on the rail..came of clean...tried a 3 shuv ...fell...looked at my board and bam there it was.. i nice chunk missing from the bottom where it meets the red side-wall...so effin bummed

One_Wadey, I smell bulljive. There is no way on this earth that a clean piece of trex took a chunk out of a wakeskate. I've hit rails with a board I made out of plywood, and no chunks were taken out. Heres what I think.
1) You are a dumbass and did not check the rail for screwheads or loose nails.
2) You hit the rail, literally hit it with your board, not sliding it, causing this damage.
3) The "chunk" is rather small and you are making a big deal out of it.
Better luck next time.

What would you like them to do???
I think alot of people fail to remember that its a very small company with 2 guys actually building the boards. When there is a mishap, Erich doesn't call the factory and have some 12 year old fix it, He is in the factory fixing it himself. |
What would I like them to do? Provide that paying customer with a replacement board ASAP without making him wait 2 months.
I think it's pretty much common practice for any business to react in the manner I posted. |
well it really didnt matter to me all that much what the graphic looked like, i dont care if it even had a graphic, the board is what i want and after waiting that long i get very anxious, oh and they did offer to throw in a free shirt for the graphic mistake. but it really doesnt matter now cause imma be waiting even longer. Just when my tracking said my package was delivered, i get home and i have a box 12in x 12 in sitting on the table. obviously not a wakeskate, so i then realize my shipping label must have fell off the box my skate was in and got stuck on a nother box somewhere during the shipping process, and i know this because my label was hanging off the corner of the box and to top it off, when i turned the box over, there was the shipping label for the person it was supposed to go to. so i called DHL here in my town and they cant find it and tell me they are gonna try to track it down from the other hubs it went through and even the DHL lost and found (a place they send packages when the label falls off and they dont know where it is supposed to go). but then the lady proceeds to tell me that she doesnt know if they will even beable to find it or how long it will take. so yea im pretty effin bummed. i emailed integ letting them know what happened, so we gonna see. |
