| can anyone tell me what they are and what the difference is between the 5 satge and 3 stage rocker? |

The number of flat sections in in the rocker line... 3 flat spots= 2 kinks, and 5 flat spots=4 kinks.
People have stated both 3 stage and 5 stage pop better than the other, so thats is debatable, and more personal preference and riding style.
I think most everyone would agree and 5 stage rocks seem a little more sluggish than it's arch enemy the 3 stage.
