starting my winch this week. got a 6hp briggs for $170 and ordered all the other parts that should all be here by the end of the week. now i just need to figure if i am going to bolt my frame together or have it welded. i am also debating wether to build my own spool or buy that released one.

second that. lets see some pics of it.
Building your spool is way cheaper, but the released spools are just so nice. I doubt the one you make will be that nice. I know none of my spool attempts even compare. lol

I'll take some better pics when I get home it's a really simple design and works really well it's definitely not as pretty as the spool from released/bullet lines but it's cheap and it works
All I did was cut 2 steel spool side cut off a piece of steel pipe drilled a hole through it, welded it to one of the spool sides, and drilled a hole through the winch axle and stuck a quick release pin in it
