sand bag info please

I need some sand bags for a winch gap I found but I have no idea where to get proper bags to put sand in. Home Hepot? Floods R Us?

anyone know where to look?

They sell them for 50C at the ace hardware by my house, unless you need like 500 they are kind of pricey

I wonder what the legality of damming a creek or drainage/runoff water area is. There is a badass drainage/runoff water area by my house that I would love to dam up for some winching

becaus of all the potential rain here they just dumped off giant piles of sand and have a stack of bags by them for residents to use at their convenience
