just put the griptape in threes
split it down the middle
and then
the bottom goes horizontal
it looks good

For that price you are going to have to look at skate rolls. 16"x60 rolls of grip have to be custom ordered from Jessup and they are not cheap at all.

flixmaster, the 16x60" roll costs around $75 at Jessup, but they wont sell you only one roll..... that price is more for companys and stores.

kornhouse, The TGM Store at eBay have some options, i have already bought some from them, good seller.

http://stores.ebay.com/TGM-Skateboards-Online-E-Bay-Store_GRIP-TAPE_GRIP-TAPE-ROLLS_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZ271286QQftidZ2QQtZkm

But the Shorty's Black Magic roll they sell cheaper on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/SHORTYS-BLACK-MAGIC-SKATEBOARD-GRIPTAPE/dp/B0018PUB8C/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1215648901&sr=8-5

At amazon you can find the perforated grip from Mob:

http://www.amazon.com/Mob-Perforated-Grip-Black-Roll/dp/B000VBGVR4/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1215648901&sr=8-3

One thing: a roll for less than 60 dollar is crappy... go for Jessup, Mob, BlackMagic...

Last: Clear and White griptape sucks... (for wakeskate).
