Yuzu... when you upgraded to bamboo we had to build you a new core so the date of the upgrade becomes your new date from 4-6 weeks as of 5/27...
It takes extra time to build the bamboo cores so the original 4/25 date is voided since the old core goes to the next person in line...
Sorry thats the only way we can manage the orders...

Shipping time is going to be faster now that we are getting caught up... currently i'd say 3-4 weeks max now... We are running low on Bamboo cores since we under estimated how many would sell... We will be building up stock just as soon as things calm down around here and all the pre orders get taken care of.
We are building a new press and upgrading our cnc machines to produce at a faster rate... I hope next year pre orders won't need to happen. |

You upgraded... so as i've stated several times before ... We had to go back to the drawing board and rebuild you a bamboo core... if you kept the initial order it would have shipped by now... Sorry It's the only way we can keep things fair for everyone else and make production work for us...

Schmaltz, i didn't order bamboo though. i switched from a team to a TNT regular core board?
i originally paid the 330 for the team (plus shipping) which totaled out 346. then i sent you the 25 for the difference on the TNT regular core.

We are building each one as ordered so when you change your order the deck we originally built goes to the next person in line and we put a new one in rotation for you... which means you go back to the end of the line... |

I'm at 6 weeks today (order 1298). I just keep pretending that the ever elusive email was tagged as spam and deleted and I'll just be surprised when the DHL van pulls up sometime soon.
