When I redid my skate I regripped it with regular skateboardgrip. Now it has been a little bit slippery in a area in the nose and the tail (where I stand the most) What's the main difference between specific "wakeskategrip" and regular skategrip? When I compared the regular skategrip with the grip from LF's Tech 42 it seemed like the Tech's grip were more durable.... If you have regripped your wakeskate, give me some comments. I've only ridden my regripped skate 7 times and I don't feel like regripping it again for some time now.... _________________ _____________________________

I regripped mine, too.
And the grip begins to jerk now.
I also used regular skategrip.
That sucks! |

buy Jessup and your grip will never wear down... the cheap china shizzle wont last in the sun and water... ask your skate dealer for the good stuf ... cost more but it's worth it... |

the difference is wheter or not they use a water based adhesive, if it's water based then water from wakeskating will dillute the adhesive and all that precious sand will float on down the river _________________ why dont you try playing hide and go Fvck yourself |

allright thanks for your answers. Unfortunatly, I won't be riding for some time now because I have a severe concussion due to a heavy fall on a ts/fs 180... I fiznackling hate injuries! _________________ _____________________________

The boat (SSV) was not weighted evenly and I came up short on a ts/fs 180, landed on top the other wake and slammed, head first, into the water. Don't remember a thing from this saturday between 5 PM and 3 AM.... Checked out from the hospital yesterday and I still feel dizzy...... nice nurses though.... I'm considering wearing my Capix all the time (not just on rails) from now on. This is my third severe concussion for a short period of time now........ _________________ _____________________________

I'm so f***ing tired of the shitass grip I bought. The dealer told me it was high quality stuff but an advice to all of you is: look at the label before you buy, and don't buy china-shitass-grip! I fell on a inside/out ollie, ollie fs 180 off the lip etc. because of the slippery griptape. Tomorrow I will hunt for Jessup! F**k, I'm angry! _________________ _____________________________

try mob grip. its perforated so that you don't get any airbubbles and its waterproof. tip: after applying grip, walk firmly all over your board especially around the edges.

Bought two long sheets of Jessup today. Gripped it like my skateboard with the grip all the way out to the edges, looks dope.... hopefully it gives me more grip and feel than the old china-shizzle........... _________________ _____________________________
