I used to spin Jungle and scratch a little bit just for fun, make sure to get Direct Drive turntables, no belt drives especially if you are gonna scratch. Numark makes really affordable stuff if you arent super serious about it.

Parker, Belt drives suck because they arent as solid or stable, you get a lot of bouncing needles. Plus the DD starts and stops on a dime. If you are gonna spend that much you could get some Technics mk1200's They arent as new as the ones your are looking at but this set right here http://cgi.ebay.com/Turntables-2-Technics-1200-MK2-PMC-05-PRO-2-M44-7s_W0QQitemZ250248634835QQihZ015QQcategoryZ14987QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem is extremely bad ass. The mixer is SUPER solid as well. Totally worth the buy it now price imo. Technics are the real deal.
