every one is so stoked that reed hansen was creative enough to try and land a indy fligerflip but............

Greg Van Wagnen use to go for them HUGE and land on them in 2003.
the closest he came was when he landed on one and got caught in the limbo and couldent quite pull it out......not really a land but very close.

are there any tricks that you think you were the first to do on a wakeskate? but didnt get credit for????

and no footy for the finger-flip he only tried them for one day......

landing on a trick isnt the same as landing a trick. Props to greg for getting so close back then, but it isnt the same. i dont know why he would get that close and not keep trying.

when reed hansen does his fingerflip does he grab it near the middle of the board and intiate the flip? i can't even tell from the video he does it so perfect, i don't see how he flips it like that from an indy grab position.

when he moved to tampa, jimmie and i rode with him alot. his whole ollie impossible was with me, or at least the videos on here. to be fair greg rode the shortest line ever, not saying he wasnt good but he def liked the rope pulled in to like 65ft, if he was almost doing indy finger flips back then im sure they werent too huge. reed pulled one in a contest, thats why hes getting all the rave and rightfully so. greg is one of many of us that shoulda coulda and didnt... he was a sick rider and one of the first people i knew that wasnt getting exposure and was landing kickflips all the time. but his attitude was more for the fame and sponsors than the love it seemed and imo why he never kept with it.

kornhouse, Agree, that or by nose or go for the whole shabang and go for the Sal Flip.

headhuntermx4, Robin, namesake of New Wakeskates, has been landing on full on vert stylie w2w kickflip indys. Only a matter of time before he has them. For proof ask no further than Andy P.. Hella impressive considering the dudes almost 40 and has 5 kids. What's up youngins!!!Ain't gonna let an old man take you out now are ya, hahaha
