JonnyBravo, It really doesn't matter, the town is pretty small and the people are cool. except for some of the rowdy drunk rednecks. Just Don't stay at the best western in NB. that place is horrible and my cooler got stolen out of my truck. oh and book a room soon. the summer time brings ALOT of people to the area

cheapskate, Yeah, i only just got my passport damn government took like a month to get it to me, so im hoping accom is still available... Fingers crossed. The only reason i can even remotely do this trip is cause i can use my dads frequent flyer points, so i will only have to pay the tax on the air fares Razz

JonnyBravo, you might want to consider renting a car for your texas trip. a roundtrip cab fare from austin to new braunfels is not gonna be cheap. you could probably rent a compact car for the same cost (maybe cheaper).

JonnyBravo, there might be a bus system that can take you from the airport to new braunfels for a lot less. check around cuz if i remember correctly, its over 30 miles one way.

JonnyBravo, Mate when i went to TSR for '05 Cablestock i stayed in New Braunfels at some crappy motel next to a Appelby's. The motel hooked us up with a local cabby and he was awesome. Was there within five minutes of calling him everytime. He ended up driving around town showing us all this cool stuff for free and then drove us back to the San Antonio airport for free but we gave him a massive tip cos he was such a champ the whole time we were there. You won't be disappointed with TSR or Texas in general, its awesome and i can't wait to go back.

Seriously, i cant wait to get over to USA, ive only been riding for about 6 months now, and i really am not a high skill level rider, i just love this sport sooo much its not funny, u guys are puttin a lot of effort into helpin out a rider. When im over at there, at the toe jam i have to meet u all and we need to shred or party or somethin, u all are a top bunch.

Retard Reed, ill prolly only be in texas for the toe jam and maybe a couple of days before and after, but if i can in any way i would def love to come shred, or at the very least, see the carnage on water Very Happy
