Cyclone268, i have those red lights too on both my xboxs and i haven't sent either in because i don't want to wait the like 5 weeks it takes to get it back

I know how to fix it now, its pretty easy if you know how to open your 360. Warranty is voided if you do so, im already out of warranty so it doesnt really matter for me.

Parker, it only took my 2 weeks, which i was surprise i thought it would have been that long but they are pretty good about it. You'll probably just end up getting a refurbished one, like me.

price.dan, i heard if you don't have warranty it's like $150 do you know if thats true
