Anyone ridden behind a new wake edition with the ballast tank? If so, is the wake that much better and worth the $400? Also, on the Sea Doo website, it says that it will fit any GTX ski, is this true? |

river, i personally don't think it would be worth the $400. If it is only $400 how much weight could it add? And how much better could it make the wake? (hardly any i would assume) I would buy a new skate with the $400 and get someone to sit on the back with a video camera in their hands.
It's just another gimmick to get you to spend more money. _________________ ~ www.integrity-wake.com ~ www.iwinchglobal.com ~ |

price.dan, I think your right, the $400 is better spent on a new skate. It usually isn't to hard to find a third with a camera anyway. Maybe an SST.... |

Does anyone know if the ballast system comes with the electronic trim as stated on the seadoo site? If so I'm sure the trim would help cleaning up the lip and the extra weight would help with size, but then again it is a ski. |

Parker, I ordered one for my Sea Doo to try out. How does the ballast tank fill? Do you have to add a bilge pump, or is it gravity filled, or?
Thanks,
Chris |

wakemitch, I got a 2003 GTX 4tec form a retired couple in Manteca. The ski is mint! I just ordered a pylon and boardrack for it also, so we can use it this summer for demos. I think I am going to leave it in Sac so it should be readily available, if you want to use it. |
