What shoes to get?

I need some new shoes. I currently wear my flip flops everyday, but i'm sick of them in the winter. I need some closed toe shoes. I used to wear my Sperry Top Siders when i didn't wear my flip flops, but i don't like how they are. I'd prefer something a little more on the natural side, not so much synthetic materials.

Any ideas? Those sidewalk surfers look comfy, but look horrible. They don't have to look perfect, but i would prefer them to look alright with jeans or shorts, so they're not a winter shoe.

I just don't want anything like a tennis shoe. Prefer no laces. Or minimal laces. I want more of a casual non sport shoe.

I think i might just stick with flip flops. Only like a month of really cold weather left. I might grab a pair of Tennis shoes if i need to. who knows.
