hahah thats sweet. i've watched a red-tailed hawk around my house snatch doves off the back fence lince. Theres one tree it eats the hawk eats them at and there is always bones/feather all over the place.

that crazy that the hawk didnt kill it when he ripped his neck out. i guess he just plucked his neck feathers out. i was shooting at squrrels in my yard with a airsoft gun and ared tailed hawk snatched up one of the squrrels that i had destracted with the shooting,it was some national geographic shizz!

As naturally morbid as I feel to watch this. I am also awe stuck. I wonder what would make this hawk do this? Maybe he was feeling hungry, spotted some food...and in the process of preparing his meal I spotted something the startled him? Nature is cool...in the least tree hugger way possible Smash

jonnyUTAH, I hardly believe it was an honest comparison to a "easy" and "glamorous"(or not) form of weight loss. I think it was a catchy thread name that got you thinking along the lines of something else, yet somewhat help true to the actual content. I do agree it was grotesque..
