the cost issue is all about what you want (and has been discussed before). The ronix bi-level and the SST are a little bit more complex than the New boards. Obviously, if money is an issue then it will be a major deciding factor. Otherwise, there's a lot more to consider than how much money each board costs because they all have something different to offer.

I am personally excited to see what tim has in store for wakeskating. In my mind I always call him the OG grom because that's what he was--the original grom that blew up in wakeskating. He helped design and inspire the 40 inch microcassette--(for the small bros who need to shred hard). Now he's grown up to become a seasoned rider, doing some of the most of the controlled-chaotic riding, and still making things happen for himself.

Slapdown, It might be hard to handle...but just think. Byerly and urth will be paying Robin/new, so thats more sales...On top of New themselves selling decks. Robin seems like a smart business man. I think New will be around for a long time, which I am pumped about.

thats whats up. I just can say that these boards are the best thing I have ever ridden and Im not posting to be a jerk just looking for support contacts and Im trying to bring wakeskating to a forfront. I want things to be right and the right people to be behind me. This upcoming year is going to huge for both robin and urth. Its all personal preference in the end . I just got done shooting our first ads with gram and joey northup, blood. We used a greenscreen and today Is the first day of production for the urth team video. going winching catch me in lakleland lets ride

i hope so.. b/c charging almost $100 more than the new when there almost the same board [or the exact same board] just for another graphic.... they should be able to do come custom graphics for ya.. but u would hav to send em some high quality pics through the internet. Cool

wakeaddicted247, well I hate the new graphic on the dub stix, so I'd need custom on it...but if I go with Urth, that graphic is SICK...so we'll see

wakeaddicted247, not for graphics. But I am however willing to spend more to support a rider's company who has been around for what seems like forever. I'm not tied down to urth by any means. I just wish I could demo devotid, new and urth...All this being said...I will have and sst when it comes out...

wakeaddicted247, Yea...With wakeboarding we have hype lf an c dub in the shop...so i could demo any board I would want...but when it comes to urth,new, devotid no demos...it sucks. the devotid looks good, but i dunno about the 5 stage...and urth and new are similar...but that comes down to price/ support...

Classy, yea im the same way. the only shop thats even remotley close to me is just selling barley wakeskates at all.. i think they hav like 2 HL scapes and a LF faction and thats about it.. Mad

but im trying to convince the owner that this is the new era of wake sports! Twisted Evil

they dont hav much for wakeskating around here.
its hard from moving from austin where there was a sail and ski right next door! Crying or Very sad
