What size (horse power) is the motor. Most push mowers wouldn't have a powerful enough motor I would of thought

i have a ton of MX sprockets so ill see if i cant get it geared right.......its prob going to come close to one of the lowest budget winches ever Rolling Eyes but i think im going to make it work....its a 14 hp motor so i think ill be fine......( and i know u cant ride behind it(now) but tearing it apart might just give us some thing to built it with)...........its not much bigger than anyother spool i have seen......

if you have a metal/welding shop you can usually get good metal out of the dumpster. our shop will even send one of there workers to get you watever you want and just tell them your learing how to weld.

my dad told them that when i was learning how to weld(it was true then) and now we just go up there when ever and get free metal

i support the redden marine idea. We just bought our rope from there it will save a lot of weight on the winch.
