Josh is the man, that is one of the coolest dudes I have met. That guy is a true visionary, I hope that he is making vids for years to come. _________________

That 8ft Drop Dead in the center of the Video Clip is in Murfreesboro, TN. Walton borrowed my original iWinch to pull that session. It was slow for that drop but they still killed it.

its temperamental. I found some free server that requires no user information to setup and it isn't very reliable. Seems to work much better during the day. I think the server is located in Europe so they must do maintainence during prime surf time in the US. just try again later... that's about all i can say for now cuz my broke-ass doesn't have the money to purchase space. |

According to La Sewer Magazine, "Kyle says the Video [Homeless] will be in your hands by Christmas 07' - That's not a quote." to quote the quote that claims to not really be a quote. |

|
|
what up fellow winchers, were building a winch here in LA to film an urban winch skate video..... only problem is were not good at building stuff. cant afford the grinch so we welded up a frame from the plans provided by "the leprechaun". got a 6.5 hp motor and were ready for the rest of the goods. QUESTION - will a clutch work or is a torque converter necessary? and what is the best sprocket combinations?.... if anyone could be helpful and hook us up with some info we would be stoked!! thx... yea man i heard the that leprechaun is one sexy dood
yea man a 5 to 1 ratio usually is the way most people go... 12 tooth drive sprocket to 60 toothe driven sprocket... cc will work... but they tend to burn out and sometimes dont work work with deep water starts... if you use a cc you may want to upgrade to a 72 tooth driven sprocket to increase your torque...
what size spool are you sporting? _________________ PAVT since '05/'06 |

right on dood havent got the spool yet but i just bought a 1000' no stretch rope.. gunna use the biggest spool that will fit. probably going to use the torque converter because i will probably want it anyway after a week... i actually got alot more info after reading all the discussion topics. im goin in for ACL replacement next week so the winch will be on hold till i can walk again... soon as we get some money shots ill post em.
thx again _________________ life is a hole, you gotta dig it! |
