i got "Burton For Right or Wrong" on google video for free and i watch it all the time

you just have to look around and you can find them or buy them at the end of the season for like $10.

bmr712, they're priced like that to support the companies. It does cost money to make these films. If they gave away the videos for free, there'd be no snowboard film companies. It's all about support.

i had to write a movie reveiw for english class, so i wrote it on this movie:

Child Support -Defective Films
Child Support is a snowboarding film that was shot over a two-year period by collaboration between Step Child Snowboards, Nomis Clothing and Defective Films. Sean Johnson, one of the main driving forces behind the project, brought us classic snowboard films such as “Promo Copy,” “Video Gangs,” and “Dereletica.” The crew of snowboarders included: Simon Chamberlain, Joe Sexton, Markku Koski, Stian Solberg, Chris Wimbles, Mark Sollars, Jed Anderson, Terry Kidwell, Steve Cartwright, Shin Campos, Risto Ruokola, Fredu Sirvio, Scotty Vine; and guests Eddie Wall, Jonaven Moore, Antti Autti, Knut Eliassen, and Tom Burt.
One of my favorite characteristics of this movie is that it really showes how fun snowboarding is. This movie has a lot of funny shots of the riders doing silly things on and off the snow, like snowboarding in a clown suit and spraying their friends with powder, eating out, and even fishing.
The level of riding was defiantly not disappointing with tricks like 1080’s and switch 900’s thrown with style. Joe Sexton had a standout part with tricks like switch 180s on to backside 360s out and backside 360s to five-o’s down handrails.
I also really liked the music in this video, it went really good with the snowboarding and you can never go wrong with 80’s songs. The editing was on beat, really creative and made the video really enjoyable to watch.
It was really cool to see Defective Films take a new approach to making a video. Sean Johnson and Llari Suhonen used interviews and voice-overs to tell more about the riders’ lifestyles, their thoughts about other riders, and to give us a glimpse of the life we all wish we lived.
There were only a few let downs in this movie. I was slightly disappointed with Simon Chamberlain’s part, he filmed it for two years and it seemed to me like it was shot in about two weeks. Another thing that could have been better was some of the voice-overs sounded like they were reading them instead of talking normally. Also some of the audio on the funny the things riders said was hard to hear.
This video did a great job of describing all the aspects of snowboarding. Child Support showed snowboarding contests, taking snowboarding to the streets and hitting handrails, riding halfpipe, park snowboarding and powder riding. Also, it was really cool to see old footage of former pro, Terry Kidwell tearing it in 1985, and to hear his take about snowboarding then and now.
The camera angles also separated this video from your average snowboard video, instead of getting boring shots; the camera was taken to new places. The cameras were taken to roofs, helicopters, and down low close to the ground. Also a new camera angle was introduced, the backpack camera- where the camera was hung directly above the snowboarder.
I really like the documentary style of snowboard videos, and this video pulled it off very well. Overall, I really enjoyed watching this movie, and can’t wait for Defective Films next project.
