Not really. This is about average, maybe a smidge later than most schools on the semester system (we have an interim month in Jan). I think the state schools here in WA don't get out until mid-June.

The Pavement 3.6, that's awesome, but I think I win by default since I'm already done with class Laughing

ty540, how do you like that butter? that board scares me because the edges are like razor sharp.

I really like it. It has a variable edge, so the edges are cupped at the tip and tail, but rounded in the middle of the board. So far, I haven't had any problem whatsoever with the hard rail (no hangups on lipslides, other sufrace tricks, shuvits, etc.), and I think it tracks better for wake to wake stuff when you put it on edge. At this point, I'm really happy with it. And I actually like the foam top, which I wasn't expecting.

I would say that there's nothing wrong with it. Some people look at it and get scared because it has a turned down rail at the tip and tail of the board. However, the edge isn't turned down all the way through. It's rounded in the middle of the board. The idea is to create a loose, forgiving ride when the board is flat, but give it better tracking when you put the board on edge. Most DoubleUp wakeboards incorporate the same type of edge design (eg: Nelson and Summit) if you want to check it out but can't get your hands on one of the skates.
