it seems to me that shoes bought just for wakeskating usually work better since shoes tend to feel bigger in the water. my wakeskate shoes are at least a half size smaller than my regular skate shoes, and they're really too small when they're dry, but they're perfect on the water. |

man, seriously , I have some adidas soccer turf shoes, they work awesome, I have skated with people with all kinds of other shoes and these stay much lighter , by far. they hold very little water at all. I picked up my buddy's 313's the other day and i was like dude these are freakin heavy, I told him to pick up mine and he was like that's it, i'm bustin out the adidas. _________________ woo. |

yeah but what does a heavy shoe mean can you honestly tell the difference from a light shoe to a heavier one. i mean i had byerly's and i got some es' rovers and they are way more comfortable, but they hold more water and i cant feel the difference of lightness when they are on. |

My first pair of shoes were my old skate shoes, till they fell apart, then I went to my local skate shop, and got a pair of Saviars on clearance for $30 bucks, and they are perfect. I used to have 313's, now I just have one, but I won those, I wouldnt have bought them, I liked them though. |

I ride an old pair of Saviers too, they're nice and thin and I haven't even felt the need to cut drainage vents in the sides, they just stay light even when soaked. _________________

I use some DC Alias's that I had in my room that I didn't wear anymore, and they get heavy but I can't tell on the water... _________________
