Thats Joey Pascquali. He lives in Hawaii and is a pro skimboarder and kitesurfer. Hes known for riding his skim with his kite on Wiamea shore pound. Thats alot of fun riding your skim behind the boat. W2W is sketchy because the board weighs 3-5 lbs and the wind can get pretty crazy at those speeds.
