supposidly if schmaltz is taking pre-orders for the next batch that will be due some time this summer i think, you should send him an email...

hmm the website could be updated, like the products section has the 05 stuff so that could be fixed... The layout need not change, maybe some new video footy and pictures... But with all of what erich does i doubt he's worried about his website, with the effort that was put into the deck I ride everyday he can neglect that website all he wants, i'm happy. As for the decks, I think you're just gonna have to email erich and pre order.

i want to know whats up too. I dont mind waiting but i dont like being misled. The decks were first said to be coming out in mid to late march. That obviously didnt happen. Then he said it would be another 2-3 weeks. Still now word. Its summertime and i want to ride. What's the deal???

No one is being misleading here.

Erich is making sure everything is of quality instead of rushing to get it out before it's good to go. It won't be much longer.

If you give a date you're opening yourself up for scrutiny when you can't meet that deadline, regardless of whether it's your fault for the tardiness or someone else's. If you don't give a date you're a friggin hero when you announce their release, but there'll be few people waiting because there wasn't a deadline given and everyone that sorta needed a new deck already bought a hyperlite due to their immediate availability at the local shop.

It's crappy for everyone. I can't imagine that Erich is too stoked on whatever is going on. Just hang tight...
