i know the quality sucks but i have 1 gb of memory left on my comptuer cuz its only 30gb harddrive but im ordering a 250 next week so i had to compensate(sp?). any advice on helping me with my fs/bs180's and especially with my shuvs and i/o shuvs. i really want to be able to just edge out in flats and throw it relaxed, but i get all tight and bend down and have terrible style and i want to fix that. i know ppl say roll you knees forward and keep your but from sticking out but i cant really understand that. any help would be appreciated.
the biggest thing that helped me with my backside 180's was not looking down.. i dont look at my feet the whole time, shoreline.. slam that back leg harder.. you got them already just pop them and dont put too much weight on your toes..when you start rotating, work the handle to the small of your back.
as for your i/o's try carving a little harder and get off your edge earlier.. thats why on that first i/o shuv the board went in front of you and you went back... maybe wait a tiny bit later to pop off the lip.. i used to be the same way and i bent my knees too much.. then i concentrated on standing tall before i pop and it give me so much more power, but that might just be me.
