That's very colin mckay. I remember watching sk8 tv on nickelodeon and colin was wearing two different shoes because he had them and he liked them both. I'm not saying tim's ripping him off, but colin used to do that.

Actually, the odd shoes Tim is wearing are specifically designed for A-symetrical decks to provide the most pop.
