are there any wakeskates that are better at the cable or at the boat?? because i will buy one soon and since im not riding behind a boat for very long i guess i need a cable-wakeskate? if there is something like this.

Just make sure that you buy your skate here in America so that you avoid all those German Taxes and Tariffs. Shipping boards to Germany = expensive.

It's all those friggin' Trade Tariffs. Thank god for the North American Free Trade Agreement!!! I am a huge proponent of free trade, but I guess the German Brass are not.

Anyways, when you ship goods to the German motherland, you need to pay 17% German Vat and 17% Border Tax on top of the price of shipping boards. Crazy expensive!!!

Just buy your skate in America and you will avoid all those Tariffs and shipping costs.

Whoa guys watch the advice!!!

If you buy the skate and have it posted to Germany they really get you with 19% VAT (MWST) and 2.7% Import tax!!! On top of all that you can expect to pay about 60-80$ postage on single wakeskate.

I've bought wakeskates online in the states and had them shipped over before and it really is a hassle to get them through customs. They don't really turn out that much cheaper than buying them over here. The only thing that really gets me here is that you don't find all the brands here apart from LF and Hyperlite.

It's cheaper if you are in the states on holiday and make it past customs on the way back with the board in a bag, but otherwise.

the german PM mich mal wenn Du Hilfe brauchst Very Happy

This is pretty good! I had one in 43" and it was cool. Nice concave and it rode real nice on obstacles too.

Get one in 43 and you should be happy with it for quite a while Very Happy

the german, If you buy a used board, get the persoon who you're buying it from send it as a "gift". Then if you're lucky you might get away with it, without paying taxes and shizzle.... But perhaps you already knew that?

the german, omens are invincible at cable parks, ive shredded it to death. integs are really good too. ive ran both into docks and rails and sometimes you seperate the top pbt and it peels up but its super easy to epoxy the boards right back to normal. i give huge recommendations to omen and integ but dont cancel out all the other board companies as well. only board that i might choose against is a bi-level in some cases and i only say that because of the bolts on the bottom. some cables wont let you use them on there rails, research it.
good luck

bochner, yeah walking back kinda sucks, just don't fall (;
wat most ppl actually do is to try the stuff where they might fall close to the start, so you won't have to walk that far Laughing
