I was just looking through an old buyers guide and I saw the butter boards composite molded deck. It looked pretty nice and was thinking if they were still around. I guess so.

the first armada was very similar to the butter board but lf has made good changes to the design (variable edge and tons of weight)

I have a composite butter it pops awesome but it is super light for shuv's. Fun board, the shape is more similar to the doyle than the armada, it rides quite a bit different than the armada as well

Searchbutton owns both of the boards here and the compostie is great for teaching small kids and girls to get up with its foam top and super light comstruction. other than that it hangs on his wall now.

The wood one i have is mad heavy for how small it is. i think forty inches long and 10-11 lbs. sharp edges. i only rode it a few times but didnt like it. It did have a PBT silkscreened clear bottom sheet like 2-3 years ago that was georgousthough.

Yeah, the old Butter board had some sharp edges. I use it to slice ham now.
