One year ago.....

What a difference a year makes....

One year ago I joined wakeskating.com....

.....I couldn't land a shuv to save my life

.....I didn't know what the hell a winch was

.....never landed off a rail before

.....never thought I could build a pool gap

.....didn't have a girlfriend

.....no idea where I wanted to go to school

.....and I did not know anyone in my hometown who wakeskated.

that's all changed
...........just reflecting on how much you can accomplish in a year........anyone else?

Didn't have shuvs consistent, now I've landed a kickflip.

Always just thought about competitions on a wakeboard, never really just chilled and had a really relaxed ride. PWT in May, but I've more relaxed, not pushing myself every second of the day.

Had no idea where I wanted to go to school. Texas State here I come Smash

Let's see, one year ago I was doing a fair bit of winter riding, didn't have a blown knee, and I still had some money in the bank.

could only do surface spins, now ollieing over shizzle , FS 180 , gettin more consistent on my BS180 and my shuvs..

learned to go W2W behind a 04 supra 24SSV gravtity games, ballast full

yea its been a year but i only rode roughly 9 or 10 times last year due to strapping but after 4 months in a space boot im giving it up and strictly skatin this upcomming summer

I only had ridden a handful of times
Didn't know bi-levles were bad-ass!
Only had landed one shove-it
NEVER had ever even tried to wakeboard. (I've ridden three times on wakeboard)
Thought a winch was unatainable
and had and evil no-fun girlfriend Crying or Very sad

All has changed,
Got a bi-level, landed several different shove varitations, will never ride a wakeboard again, made my own winch and now have an ass-kicking super sexy girlfriend. A year really can mak a difference! Very Happy

One year ago Wow seems like i had no idea what was going on, but who knows it may be the same one year from now.

only landed enough backside shuvs to count on my hands and toes, now can do more than that in one sesion.

never thought i would loose my job because of wakeskating, by the way any one else lost their job due to wakeskating. For me it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Never thought of throwin down lines, now i want to combo everytrick i have in each line.

Went to o dub last year and the cable was busted, this year odub was so fun!

Last year like i said job sucked, now i have a great job.

Last year i let days slip by that i could have wakeskated, THAT WILL NEVER HAPEN AGAIN!!!!

School sucked last year and nothoing has changed it still sux.

Over all so many changes and hopefully next year we are all looking back at this shiat and thinking the same thing The progresion is never ending!!!!!!!!!!

By the way i love wakeskating.
