Hyperlite Skates and why no one likes them

Justin J, umm yes we can cause non of us are them! pros ride wat ever they get paid to ride and part of being a pro means u can ride anything, its like that in a lot of sports. just because pros ride it DOES not mean its right for u and if a pro rides it and gets paid to ride it why would they ride anything else lol

i like hyperlite boards a lot, the only thing i hate about mine is when i first got it the paint started coming off. but i have repainted since so problem solved.

Justin J, hahaha i got a lot of old school footy of gd ridin his kampus skate and simply killin it , for grubb and byerly its hyp that they started with and its hyp that probably pays the bills ( not just hyp but i believe their main sponser) as far as "yall cant say nothin bad" im pretty damn sure there are active members on this site that can kill it just as well ( admitting that I COULD be wrong on that ) but im just saying this is a forum and people can say whatever the fcuk they want Smash

Justin J, if i cant say nothing bad about hyperlite boards can i at least point out the flaws in your logic?

the fact that byerly and grubb shred has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the fact they ride hyperlite boards. they would be awesome on any other board out there and if you are too dumb to realize this then i pity you and the people that have to listen to you in real life.

i could give a shizzle less about the founders of hyperlite, i have yet to see them produce any boards that i would even consider good and this is why i dislike them. i have watched them market too many gimmicks to actually take them seriously in the wakeskate market regardless of who the hell rides for them.

Nekkie, thats gotta be the dumbest thing i have ever heard, no lie, grubb is a pioneer and he has progressed just as much as any other pro, have you seen him in counterfeit this, or any of the volume videos??? just because you dont see him throwing three flips in the flats does not mean he hasnt progressed

stopped reading after the fifth post cause i guess people like saying the same thing as the person before them.
i definately wouldnt say hyperlite boards are bad but i could 100% say that i personally have not been to impressed with them.
the new byerly on the other hand Very Happy

...very very sick looking. and seeing some people throw down on it at odub was pretty intriguing.

Chrishau, I don't mean to discredit you, but I disagree with just about every statement you just made.

Justin J, I don't like the way hyperlite skates ride.

And I think it takes away from someone's style when I watch them ride one, not sure why.

I actually think ross gardner looked a lot better (in volume 2) on a byerly, as opposed to that impulse. I'm not saying that's across the board for every rider or anything, but I thought that was interesting when I saw that video section.

And his section in Issue 4 is insane compared to his part in #2.

yea whoever said that about ross gardner i ride with him alot he live on the same bayou and u can tell the difrence form the impuluse to the byely and ross rides for byerly boards now and he says they are bad ass but its all about personal prefrnece to some people and what ur use to riding a pro with a pro model can have any board he wants made but he chooses to have that kind of board because thats what he likes gd is havin a wooden byelry made and he didnt like it so he is workin on another one so all the people that siad they get paid to ride and for me to shut up think about that .
