i find that behind the seadoo i have to ride faster because of the pull on the ski when cutting, it just seems to slow it down so i ride a bit faster, about 23 behind the ski and 22 behind the boat, i used to ride at like 19-20 last year when i first started riding, but i get more pop and consistency riding faster. my 2 cents.

Only if you want to be exactly like everyone else.

Ride where you feel comfortable.

I get made fun of for how slow I ride.

thats true, but i never took into consideration how much it slows down when i cut. so maybe if i tell my friends to go 23 ill end up going 20. i dont riding slow but, it starts getting bad when i cant pop anything out of the water. then again, i am a noob at wakeskating still.

canalskater, Can you varial heel and switch frontside flip?

We've got enough negativity in wake sports without cutting down each other's riding. I respect blood, even if he chooses to ride at 18-19 mph.
