I have both skates but i wana get your opinion. Generally, which one rides better, Byerly 06 or Hampson bi-level 05 in terms of everything ? _________________ Just ride and have fun |

I like the Byerly because of the traditional skate feel..
but its really all about personal preference.. however, the bi level would probably have more pop..
the best way to do it is to go to a boardshop and demo both boards.. _________________ www.myspace.com/txtechcolb

| considering you have both. unless your planning on just wakeskating for a week which i would assume not if you have those two boards. i would ride them both and make the choice yourself. i would personally ride the bi-level because i used to have a bilevel and liked it a lot and ive also spent a little bit of time on the byerly, but didnt like it that much. in all reality though. you can do basically the same on both and the more time you spend on either board the more comfortable you will be on them. |

which ever you like better. it doesnt matter how i feel about it. it matters how you feel about it.
if your asking which one we like better.
in my opinion.
the bilev. |

Wow ive never heard this one before, the byerly has a more traditional skate feel than the bi-level
The byerly is made like a wakeboard is, the bi-level is made like a skateboard is, good call though |

its all personal preferance. im sure you have done this but maybe try riding on for a good while and switch to the other like after a couple weeks or so and see what you think, i find it nice to get dialed in on one board and then try something else just to really feel the difference in both. they are both great boards non the less so i hope you have fun picking. _________________ Helium - Devotid Wakeskates - Anarchy Eyewear |

i got used to riding the 05 byerly but when i switch to integrity i had a hard time getting used to it because it is slippery on the water. now i am getting used to the integrity, when i tried the 06, i was having a hard time getting used to this time. anyone had this same experience? _________________

XdrummerX, its really not that hard to understand , its that his opinions thats all, and just because its made out of composite dosnt mean it rides like a wakeboard, have u even ever rode one,

o my bad man i thought you were talking about a traditional "skateBoard" style feel, but yea in terms of wakeskates the bi-levels are anything but traditional...
but yea it all goes back to personal preference and what you think feels right |

CSpringer,
Why don't you check out Devotid's Union bi-level? Its a really awesome skate. ANd it won't break like cassettes do. If you have any questions feel free to ask. |

yeah... i just hope the availabilty of those boards are easy here in the philippines. we are just a small community of wakeskaters and the only thing that we can get those boards is thru a friend coming home. because of the prices of shipping is really high. anyways... i ride the 05 control and a 06 impulse. but nothing rocks like the byerly it gave me a nonstop 270 shuvs last weekend. its also my first time to ride it. good board... cant wait to borrow that again alex and do more shuvs. i just hope when i get my a.reed it would be another experience hehehehe!! _________________ R.O.T.S.
