PIRATE, I think most of us know that a 5 stage rocker doesn't mean more pop, but if it is a good 5 stage, and used correctly, it is by no means worse than a 3 stage, nor is it better.

It's just a different feel, some people will like it, some won't. Personally i love the 5 stage on my Omen but i have yet to try any others, i think i am gonna try Oury's Devotid at the lonesar jam Very Happy

One thing that a 5-stage brings is a TRUE skateboard feel, love it or hate it.

Slapdown, I feel you, But i wouldn't even call the omen rocker 5 stage. Its a blended 5stage which In essence is a 3 stage rocker where the 2 end stages are curved, Anyway i get what your saying and i'm glad you like your boards. And i'm glad you know why you like it.

yeh, skateboard feel for sure. the elevated tails force the nose to come straight up. if you know how to ollie on a skateboard, you would find this rocker pretty effective.
i have a vid with me riding this board last week. i popped an ollie higher than i ever have. i would love to try a concave with the same rocker line.

that thing looks like you could tear it up on boxes and shizzle. looks nice and stable like a scape.
