So a couple hours ago, I was reading the posts on how to re-seal the bilevel and thought it might be a good idea to do so. I disassembled the bilev, and saw it had a crack near the rear kicktail. Is there any way to fix it?
After reading all the posts about bilevels breaking and stuff, I though I was fortunate that mine had lasted. If it wasn't repairable, I still had my flat deck... or so I thought. I took a look at the deck and saw it was warped like crazy, it's barely noticeable on the pics, but its really intense. How much does this affect the riding and can it be repaired?
So should I give up and grip the bottom deck of my bilevel? or ride my crazy flat deck? Is there anything I can do aside from buying a new top deck?

You could do two things:
1) Coat that mother with marine grade glue (by this I mean 100% garunteed water proof glue)...smooth it down and get as much glue in the crack as possible, then clamp it and leave it for a few days. If you get the glue in the crack properly, the pressure will force the crack back together and of course the glue will hold it there...and if you bought good glue, it won't be affected by water. To be extra careful I would also strip off the grip and coat the whole deck in a couple coats of marine varnish.
2) You could try fibre glassing it...it'd be essentially be like putting a band-aid on your deck, and since it's the top deck, just glassing that section wouldn't affect the ride too much.

I have 43'' Cassette flat that looks exactly like that, it rides fine.

i have a brand new 05 41 cassette flat, and it is unrideably warped.
the thin sealant they use just chips right off.

i would spray paint the unbroken tail and try to primarily ride on that said as much as possible.

Zoso, thanks for the info.. operation cassette savior is underway. I'm going to glass the cracks, and then sand everything down and reseal.
As for the Flat, I'll ride it tomorrow and see if the warping affects the ride.
I'll post my results later. Hopefully it'll go well. Although i've never used fiberglass before, it seems easy.
