I checked out the Winch at Expo, There really isn't to much to it. Any mechanical person could build something somewhat like it. The one in FL was sick, All diamond plate metal.

Ok...I did NOT take these pictures at the Expo, but this is what the Winch looks like in chrome. Picture credit goes to wakeworld.com. I just wanted the pics to be on here, since they were already on the web. Oh yeah, this is the diamond plated chrome stuff that's on it.

Yea I would love to have a winch... there's a huge pond in my complex. The new wakeskate mag Subvert will have an interview with the Winch, it should be hot.

there is a pond by my house, but u can't use gas-powered motors. I want to make a jet-ski that is electric powered and take it out there. It is big enough for it and it is always so freakin glassy.

If you could manage one with an electric motor, it would be really easy. You could always also rig up some kind of remote to the accelerator on it. Just have it on a timer and just set it to the distance you want to go so it cuts out before you slam into the back of your truck.

i thought about an electric brushless motor or something with a Radio controlled car servo on the throttle. BAM!! you'd be suprised how long a 12volt dc motor will last on just one battery.

when you pull out the rope it turns the motor backwards and creates energy to recharge the battery. double BAM!!

wow i need to eat i think.

headhuntermx4 I agree, it is definitely all about being with friends. I would also hate to be hitting some gap by myself and get hurt.
