The set up looks tight, I am really diggin teh C-rail that conects the second and third pool, but I am not so sure how the C-rails at the end of the third pool will work? mabye I am missing somthing...

I have this snowboard video from a Nixon Jibfest contest thing. In it they have a completely circle rail and the guys get around it farther than you think. I can see those c-fails working out for wakeboarders.
