dirtyohioriver22, no, infact the people who have actually formed their own opinions could tell you that the hype and lf boards are made at a much lower quality than most other companies, and do not perform as well on the water.

IMHO.... Ride what you like, if your board isn't made by underage asians than your shoes, shorts, shirt or hat is.

Then again, this has been discussed a lot in the past.. not sure I've ever thrown in my 0.02c

dirtyohioriver22, Read my review of it in "The Thread". I would take my '02 Cassette over an Impulse any day. I would go with the Oak, they look like realy good boards and a lot of people seem to like them.

donJonSwan, Cassette is not owned by LF, thus not owned by Hyperlite.

I don't believe that Cassette or Liquid Force ever made an A-symmetrical flat deck, (Buywake.com has their label wrong I believe, but I could be mistaken).
