fs 3 shuv then fs bv or...
fs shuv then catch and fs 180 or....
fs 180 then fs shuv

so far ive been trying the 3 shuv first while turning in the air but im kinda landing on the board and bouncing off. any tips you guys have please tell me.

more like a fs 180 with an extra kick. but it doesnt need much. and i think its almost all about your back foot kicking it around.

the first one, the one ur doing
fs 3 shuv then fs bv
thats the propper one

and my tip is
it might be how ur leaning?

i bounced off to when ever i landed forawd or backwerds
until i learned to keep all my weight on the middle, and catch with out
shifting my weight by mystake to the back or front becuase of how much i
was leaning in that direction, hope that helps

Do it all in one rotation. And before you start the move hold onto the handle with your rear hand.

have your feet in a comfortable situation then cut out handle in rear hand pop the f/s 360 shuv and f/s bv approximtaly at the same time but dont over bv..then watch it come around under you place your feet back on the board and land riding away clean if you always loose your balance on the landing practice your f/s 180's or just ride switch for a while to get your balance up,
