Running-dock-starts

ive never landed a dock start in my life, i haven't done a body variel either. Laughing

For sum reason My brain shuts off when I go to do either of those. Laughing

sorry its small, its the only one i can find since im not on my computer. some kids somewhere have it on video, ive never filmed it. honestly i dont really like doing it, it destroys my shoulder if i mess up, and being able to do it is like being the only one that can do kickflips - everybody is always like "do the backflip, do the backflip" it gets old.

it feels crazy doing it though.

i have a trouble starting with one hand, cuz after i throw it down i never get my other hand on the handle and apparently im a beach or something.

i got a problem on dock starting too. i think i have it perfect until i land on the board, when i cant get my other hand on the handle and i fall either backwards or sideways. anyone have any suggestions?
