varethene outdoor sealer, 3 coats and it's a semi gloss which went on top of a flat latex. I am actually quite impressed with the end result, when i finshed the regular flat paint i'm thinking I screwed up ( cause there was no sheen) but after I applied the sealer I couldn't be any happier with the outcome.
