O'Neill booties/gloves

I'm wondering if anyone has been wakeskating with any of the O'Neill booties. I gotta make sure I buy enough warm stuff for the water so I can get out even earlier this season. Oh yeah, gloves too, anyone try any out?

the booties make feeling your skate a little more vauge, but if its really cold its definitly worth it, cause without them your feet would be too numb to feel the skate anyways, right?

labellethrasher, i ride with oniell surf booty socks all winter. the oniell ones are THE best and the only way to go. At first it is kind of weird to wear them, but it doesnt take much to adjust to them.

I have two different oneill gloves that I wear when its really cold. I have the (3mm) gloves (needed for when your hands go numb right away) and then some other oniells (2mm) for when its not so bad, but still too cold w/o gloves for a long set.

yep. the 2mm oneill booties are awesome and i would even go as far as saying they area "must have."

you'll get used to riding with them on.

3mm boots are crucial, 2mm is a little too thin. I've been riding all winter in them. I can ride for an hour before my piggies get cold. Gloves I haven't used much this year b/c it has been so warm. Have fun.

Ehh.. it is your time.

But to anyone looking for these booties/gloves everyone who just mentioned they use them all seemed very warm while i was rather cold at the Nor*Cal Convergence. I think Chris 0 and B had them as well as Mr. jerk himself scott a did.
