Mine had a lot of flaws and problems when I got it. My dad spent like 3 days fixing everything that should have been ready to go. The engine wasn't aligned, the axle is crooked, the disc brake was bent, the hitch wasn't long enough, the throttle springs come off a lot, the metal cylinders at the bay where the rope comes in were way too tight and didn't allow for them to spin which made the rope burn almost half way through them before we saw them. Adam, I wish I would never have had to list any of this, but that was in your hands. If you are going to market a high quality product, you should make a high quality product.

Even with all of this, it's sooooo awesome having a winch and I must say thanks to Adam at Distortion for putting another option out there for winches and for the hookah session, that's one of the funniest memories I have with my dad. that and the springs were all that we knew about.

headhuntermx4, My dad spent hours on the phone with Adam telling him everything and trying to get Adam to answer his questions and all that, I was next to him most of the time.
