bjr, I can fit 4 decks in in my Pirate bag, and the side pouch holds 2 pairs of shoes along with a handle, its pretty packed but it will hold all that stuff nicely.
The quality of the bags are amazing... to be honest the pictures do them no justice because they are about 1000 times nicer in person. By far the best wakeskate bag i have ever owned.
