The only kickflip-underflips I've seen have one full kickflip and one full underflip (it's not a heelflip-you underflip it with your toes). Rodney mullen does a variety of kf-uf's in questionable and virtual reality (among others, I'm sure). In conclusion, I've never seen a half kickflip-half underflip (except for that ad, but he never really underfliped it) and I've never seen 1.5 kfs-ufs.

kf= kickflip
uf=underflip

so what is a half kickflip to half underflip thingy? the way some kid explained it to me was a kickflip underflip is 1 and a half flip to the half flip back and a kickflip rewind is a half flip to half flip back. not really sure what is going on with this trick anymore, is it even a trick?

I don't know of the "double half flip" deal and nobody on here is really agreeing on what it actually is.

Again, the only kickflip-underflips I've seen involve one full kickflip and one full underflip, not 1.5 kickflips, not a half flip. I watched questionable and virtual reality (and a few web clips), and that was all I saw.

http://home.no.net/thte/rodneym5.mpg -kickflip underflip

In this vid Rodney does a kickflip then as it is coming around for another flip he kicks it back around. I used to have this vid on my computer so it could be the opposite of what I said. And just a plain underflip is where you go for a flip then kick it back to the normal skating way.

Frye... I think? Thats not a casper flip, yeah there not that hard and I can do them its more of a half flip half impossible or varial half flip depending on how its done.

greg van wagnen, An underflip or kickflip rewin is a half flip then kick it back to the right way around.
And a kickflip underflip is the thing in the vid.

I've never heard of it being referred to as a darkflip.

eletricsnow is right. a kickflip underflip is a single kickflip to a single flip the other way. its not a 1.5 flip to a 1.5 flip.

dankskate, no one ever said that.\ it is a 1 and a half flip one way and one and a half the other. But it is a kickflip and as it is coming around for the double kick it back (not the full one and a half again) if you dont believe me watch Mullen's his are right of course because well he did invent them.
