I have a "middle of the road" JVC Mini DV cam, it puts out decent quality. However, I think the better names as far as camcorders are concerned are sony and panasonic. Someone correct me if i'm wrong. Smash

my friend has a vx 2000. and you dont need a waterproof housing on a pwc. as long as you have someone who can operate the pwc well.

Canon is awesome, i reccommend sony if you want something affordable, and nice, i use their newest Digital 8 Handycam.... the DXCDBY435678532 (or whatever). I really want a vx2100. But i get really good quality with my camera, with tthe firewire in which i have. Twisted Evil

wakemitch, Im going to shift gears a little and buy a new digital SLR camera for shooting still photos. We kinda have the video dept. covered by Off Kilter Productions now so i dont need to worry about it too much anymore. I do want higher quality photos for the site and stuff. so it just makes sense... and i want to shoot some sequences as well.
